Jeremy L. McKinzie, Founder, CEO and President

Jeremy is an experienced stock investor since 2013 and sports bettor since the federal legalization of gambling. Corporately, he is a senior financial analyst and investment professional with financial planning analysis and strategic consulting experience dating back to 2015. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from DePaul University in 2014. Jeremy was fascinating by the stock market since high school, having the fortune to grow up during the Great Recession when he saw Bank of America drop from $55 in 2007 down to $3 a year later, and instinctively going, "That's insane. What's making everybody scared?" "It's got to be a way to make some money off this, because that just doesn't seem logical." Jeremy has since turned his curiosity of stock movements into thousands of dollars in profit from both investing long-term and trading the markets over the years.
Prior to starting Rising Advantage, Jeremy worked as a sell side Equity Research Associate at Benchmark Company, historically published several articles on Seeking Alpha, been cited by MSN Money, and was featured in the top 10% of Equity Research analysts in performance that TipRanks measured in 2018. Jeremy has also served as a Co-Portfolio Manager of the Driehaus International Equity Scholarship Fund for his alma mater, DePaul University, where he has also contributed to the re-design of curriculum in financial analysis and provided guest investing lectures for non-profits and educational institutions,
Jeremy's trading style is 50% long term investor, 30% swing trader and 20% day trader.
Outside of business ventures, Jeremy is always at a WWE show, having followed and enjoying the wrestling industry since 1997. His favorite wrestler and personal hero is Bret the Hitman Hart, with whom he has a giant picture with on his living room wall. He is a Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees and Los Angeles Lakers fan through heartbreak and triumph. Follow Jeremy on IG @ thesmartguyJ & Threads at @jeremythestalli. Dayshia Lang, MBA - Senior Trading Analyst

![]()
Dayshia is an experienced options trader with nearly five years in the markets, supported by a strong foundation in Finance, Business Marketing, and Business Administration. She earned her MBA from Purdue Global.
Dayshia was introduced to trading during COVID. While at home in quarantine, she came across an Instagram post suggesting it was a great time to invest and learn the markets due to the downturn. At the time, it didn’t make sense to her—if the world was shutting down, how could it possibly be a good time to invest?
Like many people, her initial instinct was to save every dollar. However, she soon learned that “smart money” views market downturns as opportunities—periods when stocks are effectively discounted.
Since then, she has grown a small account that started with $1,000—losing and learning along the way—into a consistently profitable five-figure account. Her trading style is 70% day trading/20% swing trading/10% scalping. Dayshia's favorite trade to date is AMD, where she raked in $13,000 in 2 hours trading a bullish continuation breakout.
Dayshia enjoys working out, traveling and cooking when she's not trading.
